Goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, goods received back to Bev-Tech, Inc. may be denied refund. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven days of receipt.  Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported by you to both Bev-Tech, Inc. and to the carrier used.

No refunds will be issued for products requesting a return based on personal taste preferences.

To make a return:

Contact us by either phone or email and provide your name, address, order number, and a day time phone number where you can be reached as well as a reason for the return and get a confirmation of the correct address to ship back.

Place the unopened item(s) you want to return in the original packaging and ship back to us at the confirmed shipping address.

When your package is received by us in unopened and resellable condition, the card used to place your order will be credited less original shipping fees.

Unless we have made an error in picking or shipping your order, Bev-Tech cannot pay for return shipping costs.

You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns.  If you do not insure your package you will be responsible for any loss or damage and we will not be able to issue a refund in the event of loss or damage.
