Bev-Tech uses UPS exclusively for shipping to the continental United States (lower 48 states).  We do not at this time offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Shipping costs are real time UPS rates based on the weight of your order and the destination zip code.  We only charge you what we are charged.

The following shipping map will show estimated shipping time for UPS Ground service from our warehouse in Eliot, Maine:

Please keep in mind that UPS does not include weekends or holidays when determining shipping days and the day your order ships does not count as a shipping day.  If you place an order on Friday and choose 2nd Day Air, your package will arrive on the second business day which is Tuesday (unless Monday is a holiday and then it will arrive Wednesday).

We make every effort to ship orders received before 1:00 pm Eastern Time (excluding weekends and holidays) on the same day if all items are in stock.  If you have an item on your order that we are currently out of, we will wait until we can fill your order completely to ship to you.  At our discretion, we may ship partial orders if we do not think the out of stock item will arrive for shipping in a timely fashion.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid ship to address and telephone number with the order.  UPS usually makes several attempts at delivery before returning a package to us.  If the package is returned to us, customer must pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.  If customer refuses to pay for the fees associated with reshipment, Bev-Tech reserves the right to cancel the order and refund customer the total amount less the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

(Returns due to invalid, incorrect or failed delivery addresses will be considered as returned and incur a 20% restocking fee as well as applicable shipping charges.)


Customer will be billed for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee for all orders where delivery is refused by the customer.


For any damage due to mishandling by UPS, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of package arrival.  A picture of the damaged item must be submitted with the claim.  Credits are not guaranteed and are subject to further investigation (which can take up to 2 weeks) before any refund or replacement is made.  Bev-Tech, Inc. is not responsible for any damage due to weather conditions (frozen, broken or other packaging issues that are weather damaged).


Most of the time, the UPS driver can leave shipments for you even if you're not available. Track your shipment on and follow these tips to receive your shipment the first time they try to deliver it.

Have a Hassle-Free Delivery

When you track your shipment, you'll know the exact date to expect it. To receive your shipment on the first delivery attempt, choose from these options:
  • Leave a note for your driver asking him to leave your shipment in a safe designated place.
  • If a signature is required, have the shipment delivered to a neighbor who will be available.

When Your Driver Leaves a UPS InfoNotice

If your driver is unable to deliver the shipment, you'll receive a UPS InfoNotice®. The UPS InfoNotice lists important information, such as when your driver will try to redeliver or whether a signature is required.

The UPS InfoNotice number enables you to track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, or arrange to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Center. Go to, select the Tracking tab, enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field and follow the instructions.

Note: UPS will return to shipper all Ground packages after the third delivery attempt, with the exception of packages where the shipper requested a delivery signature. All Signature Required, Adult Signature Required, Air, UPS 3 Day Select® and International packages will be held for five business days to give the customer time to make arrangements to receive their packages.
